By using Memebot, you agree to these Terms of Use. You must be at least 12 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Memebot. You may not misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or create or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content or suspend access at our discretion.
Memebot provides templates and AI-assisted generation for use within the app. Templates and other in-app assets are licensed for use in creating memes through Memebot and may not be extracted or redistributed. You retain rights to content you create. You are responsible for how you use any meme you create, including ensuring it complies with copyright, trademark, publicity, and other applicable laws.
To report content that infringes your rights or violates these Terms, contact support@memebot.app. We review reports and take appropriate action, including removing content or accounts.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your Apple ID settings before the end of the current period. Use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app or content created with it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
